Sedlmayer GmbH Metallbearbeitung in Triptis/Thuringia in the middle of Germany is a medium-sized industrial company active in the field of metalworking and module assembly.
As a production specialist in the field of CNC machining, the company, with a production area of 15,000 m², concentrates on the mechanical series machining of cast and forged parts in the common materials of aluminum, cast iron and steel, as well as the subsequent completion of assemblies for the automotive industry.

CNC machining and module assembly – these are our core competences!
For the CNC machining of castings, forgings and turned parts, the metalworking department currently has 130 CNC machining centres and 15 lathes. Coordinate measuring machines and internal testing facilities for materials and residual dirt analyses
enable us to provide extremely comprehensive quality assurance.
Our own fixture construction with design and the close connection of our development department to production enable us to react quickly to customer requirements. This potential for competence and performance convinces our customers.
